At Retro Mashup, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Please note that we do not accept returns for customized products unless they are defective or damaged.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at retromashup.store@gmail.com to let us know that you would like to return your order.
- We will provide you with a return address and instructions on how to return your order.
- Ship your order back to us in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged.
T-shirts
We are currently using Zazzle to ship T-shirts from their store. Please refer to Zazzle’s returns policy To ensure that size of garment you are purchasing will fit correctly refer to the size guide on each product page.
Returns for buyer’s remorse for size are at our discretion. If you need to return an item due to size, please contact us at retromashup.store@gmail.com to discuss your options.
